If someone is so irresponsible that they shirk their responsibilities in favour of recreation then they will just make life very hard for themselves.
All the while blaming others around them for their lack of success.

I think the government should get rid of welfare.

In my country Welfare is annoyingly hard to get and stay on.
Unless you have the correct skin colour, then it's easy AND you get more money every week.
But it's not racist.
