Yup. But I've only 86(ish) % completed the Subspace Embacy. I don't even know what to do next in it. It's kinda too hard for me.

Had a feeling it was that if ur 86% in, but its so huge, i need a more specific spot, who are the characters you are at, where have you been ect

I can't really remember, but I mainly use Lucario, Link, Pokemon Trainer and Snake in the Subspace Embassy.
