Vegans seem to think if everyone was vegan it would solve the world's problems.

It won't, it would solve the problem of animal rights violations. Also is better for environment.

I doubt it would be better for the environment if everyone were vegan.

Dude don't be a simpleton and use some f**king sense. We control their reproduction. We breed them. We breed then less if less demand, we breed then more if more demand.

and if we stop doing anything with them, they will do as they please, on their own.

without humans they will still reproduce.
