the five cent stamp increase taking it from fifty which is forever epic if left alone to fifty five expensive cents per govt. post office stamp on average slipped by most folks who don't even check their totals anymore so trusting instead to the cyberworld to coddle them and were it to have gone up a dollar it would have been worth it per stamp anyway cuz the postal service kicks more hiney than al bundy.
