Guess What Guys? Now You Get 20 Points For Posting Submissions In Users' Stream, And 40 Points Once That Submission Is Upvoted!

Since honest meme-makers can't really legitimately post in 'Fun' anymore (because of the 'No repost' rule), I made a stream that's supposed to recreate imgflip before the changes (ie, when the site was better and had less artificial interference). All users are welcome.

Around the same time that Imgflip created the featured streams, the Submission Rules were adjusted regarding "English Only".
