ya never know... if Imgflip was smart, they would limit acts by IP addresses , In the case of a school where multiple ppl use the pc would pose a prob but many ppl are on their personal cells.

Imgflip doesn't allow accounts from the same IP address, so I think it's just people making random email accounts.

I think they do because my brother and I both used to share a pc and both had accts.He was top 50ish all time here (then) but deleted acct 1-2 yrs ago. I never really posted anything up until 4 months ago so maybe thats the reason?
