consent to the contract. for a contract to be valid, all parties must be able to consent.
therefore if people want the social contract to be legitimate they must say children can consent and understand consent. this creates however a problem for society, as if children can consent, those dirty pedo's can get away with their misdeeds.
so which will it be? is the social contract legit? or not?
if it IS, then the consequences are permanent.
if NOT, then its not legit and children are safe.
