I don't recall the last time I answered such a call. But I do know it has never ended well when I did!

Sometimes when my primary care doctor calls or the pharmacy, it shows up as unavailable. Don't ask me why

But now that you mention it I have had doctors offices show up as unavailable or unknown also.

I don't know HOW THE HECK they do that! lol
