I sent in my suggestion about a better system to deal with notifications a while back. My idea was more along the lines of being able to sort out notifications (comments and replies) I've already voted on and also sort out notifications I haven't voted on, that way I could easily find any I've missed.
My suggestion would be to send in feedback directly to Imgflip (like giveuahint said on that meme) It's easy to do, I've done it a bunch of times before I became a mod and even once or twice since then.
imgflip.com/feedback Those feedback forms do get read and I have to say from experience, it feels pretty good if you see a site upgrade/change that you suggested.
