TREAT CUSTOMER LIKE CRAP AND FORGET EVERYTHING THAT HE SAID ON A CALL AFTER HE SAYS HE WILL RUN A SMEAR CAMPAIGN ON THE COMPANY I WORK FOR; TREAT THE CUSTOMER WITH RESPECT, WRITE EVERYTHING THAT HE SAYS AND ESCALATE CASE TO AS MANY SUPERVISORS AS I CAN; ME WITH MY EASY DECISIONS.
