THIS IS A PROGRAM FOR PEOPLE WHO SIT ALL DAY AT A COMPUTER.
ON DAY ONE DO ONE EXERCISE JUST LIKE THE SONG, ADD EACH EXERCISE EACH SUCCESSIVE DAY UNTIL YOU ARE DOING ALL 12 DAILY. ON THE 8TH DAY OF FITNESS - SIT IN YOUR CHAIR WITH KNEES POINTING FORWARD AND STILL, TWIST BACKWARDS WITH THE HAND REACHING AS FAR BACK AS POSSIBLE.
