No, he was officially banned for "hate speech" against the group he insulted, not just for using the bad word. Patreon does allow the use of the N-bomb without banning and many pointed out in reaction to the banning.

I agree the ban doesn't make much sense. It look to me someone made an error and the just doubled and tripled down rather than admit it.
