Hydro was once the beloved Wingull of the Champion of the Arkrune region (Its a fake region I made up). Sadly when the champion was visting Hoenn, Hydro, their wingull died during a fight between Team Aqua and Team Magma. Hydro was buried in Crimsonic City (Its a place in the made up region), but soon the city fell to ruins. And Hydro's ghost continues to look for fire type or water type trainers to steal their soul and become alive again.

wow. but what will happen if hydro saw it's trainer if it is trying to be alive again?

The trainer. Well......... Its hard to say this but its trainer moved to another region called Tundora and well... Died from hypertherma.

Yep. But in the ROM hack you are supposed to play as the stepkid of a detective, and well you end up in Crimsonic City and then there's two endings, one where you die and the second is when Hydro.eXe dies.
