(1) Idiots who simply up vote EVERYTHING without even reading the text.
(2) Those who think that if you are smart enough to simply figure out how to post a meme, then you deserve to be rewarded with an up vote.

The question was how does a meme get an upvote with a view. Not why does it get upvoted.
