Well Socrates is busy with work. I told him there's lots of submissions to the Y u November event. He'll just have a lot of catching up to do. :)

and participates in another theme week

He did the reaction gifs because I asked him to. The stream isn't doing so well, so I asked him to do two submissions for it. and it's easy to get a reaction gifs compared to making memes.
He knows that there are many submissions to the theme week to catch up on. :)
He will upvote and comment on the submissions, eventually.

so that the contributions might get some traction as long as they're hot

as to commenting:
if there's no time to do individual comments on every contribution you might use some standardized comment meme - some click-to-show-comment , which would show some minimum attention & respect to the contributors

He does have a co-host "Punman21"
But you're correct, he'll have to sacrifice some sleep, and come check in on his event.

I did message Punman on this: You should take a bit of time and click on the ''y u November'' tag and Upvote and comment on the people who are doing your event. (Skip mine because there is a lot) Just so people know you are a good host :)

Thx Dash. I did think about it as well.
Then checked Punman's profile and had the notion of a teeny fortnite memer
so I gave up on that.

( btw I'd consider that socrates' task and not yours to guide a young co-host)
