In reality, shotguns dont work like the movies, i have a friend that is blind, he was shot twice in the face with a shotgun, from about 10 yards out. He lived, still has the one eye , it dont work. Hes not disfigured either. Real life ballistics aint like the movies, they dont blow someone back 30 feet and thru the wall, and over a car. There not some magical weapon, they take skill and training just like any other, and dont get me wrong another two yards in and my dude probably wouldn't be here today. So the moral of the story is practice, practice practice. And take cover. ;)
