No, we do know for sure. People walk right up to the boundary all the time, and take video of the facility from far away. People observe aircraft taking off and landing on a regular basis. I'm not saying that we know all of what happens there and is there, but we know a lot about out. Still could be possible that there are aliens there. Likely that advanced aircraft and possibly even weapons are developed and tested there.
