Do you really think the soldiers are going to be standing on the border line? They're going to be wayyyy back so that they all cross, become criminals, and can then be rounded up, hopefully without incident.

Did you know we have a form of martial law already active in the US that was activated by Congress? Been that way since 9/11. I think they actually could round them up, but I may be mistaken.

This is also being considered an invasion, so the military can defend us. They can take prisoners just as easily as they can gun them down. I think the tent prison camp was built for a reason.

The 9/11 modification to Posse Comitatus was repealed. And they need am act of congress for military action. Rather than direct action they are being sent for a support role.
