It appears real. But it also is only holding a kid-suspect it might be too fragile for a grown up. found the pic on Pinterest a short while back. I strongly suspect it is a whim brought to life by a combination of too much alcohol and too much free time. But it jumped immediately into my mind when I saw your meme and I'm glad it tickled your fancy. ;^)
