this one is confusing but i think i get it. i initially believed this joke was saying that liberals are all dead because they are old and dumb, which confused me because older people tend to be more conservative. Then it hit me. this joke is pointing out that some votes in elections are not real, and are in fact dead people, and because this meme was made by a right-leaning citizen, he, as a libtard would do the opposite, focused the attention on the dead people who voted democrat.
