Let me tell how my union works, we bid on a job, say 10 million, in the city of Philadelphia a Black owned co can bid 15 million on a job and he will get it. We have some minorities in my local, some of them are outstanding guys, some are not, same with whites, but when the white guys show up drunk etc, they get sent back or fired(depending). the black guys always get a pass, that isnt right. I recently retired after 34 yrs in my Union trade job. The economy may be booming but doesn't mean Trump is the reason, it doesn't mean Obama is the reason either.
