Berg pointed out that he very well could have been born In Hi, but to get his Indonesian education, it was their law to renounce all citizenship from other countries. He could have reapplied for citizenship, but he would now become a "Naturalized" citz Vs Natural born . Now if he never renounced his Citizenship(even though it was required by Indonesian law) He would be exempt from getting a foreign aide scholarship(probably the reason his records are sealed) Thus committing a felony , exempting him from office too.
