Mary Poppins is a Saint! She loved & helped look after kids! She was a witch in league with the Devil! She showed up flying an umbrella, made clothes & toys float around, taught the kids black magic, took them into a cartoon sidewalk world, left Uncle Albert floating, was quick to say she never explains anything, snapped at the kids like an ogre when they showed the least bit of rowdiness, & kept pulling way more out of her bag than could have ever possibly physically fit into it all at once + more! She used good magic! Her heart was pure & sweet & kind & charitable & she was wise & she sang like a chorus of angels with one last chance to reach humanity & it's true that a spoonful of sugar DOES help the medicine go down in the most delightful way! I suppose the little old bird lady was a witch too, huh?! ACTUALLY, SHE WAS A RUSSIAN SPY! TOO FAR!
