In short, West Virginia's Cheif Justice was to be impeached for excessive and wasteful spending of taxpayer money.

She will not face impeachment because "her own Supreme Court of Appeals said it would be unconstitutional."

Furthermore, every single Justice on the bench (she is one of 5) is being accused of "wasteful spending" of taxpayers money.
