And Just Like That

Funny, I was going back and forth with my best friend last night over text. He’s totally anti amazon anyway so he didn’t believe about the raise.

I have never worked for Amazon, just write books sold there, and hubby and I do the Amazon Prime thing for shopping and the Amazon Prime for music. Now while I Like the ease of shopping and being able to keep up with sales reports, I tend to think if they treat employees like they do service clients for the music thing, they probably couldn't care less if any of those workers have to take a second job to make ends meet. Just a strong feeling.

I meant the Amazon whatever-it-is for music. (Hubby takes care of the bills, and I can't think of the name right now!)

I need to get a couple of your books, that reminds me. I use them too, I’m definitely going to keep using them because even though it’s a marketplace, they also do help small businesses stay in business, in my opinion. But yes I think the warehouse employees etc should have a better wage and especially in California where my friend lives. That’s a decent amount where I live (South Carolina) but considering how much amazon profits, surely they could do better. So I think you’re probably right on that one.
