Acuity12, one of the mods here recently responded on the subject, apparently, memes do not get downed back to submission, they may haved slipped passed the algorithm, but later found to be in breach of the terms n whatever shit. I wish I could find the meme involved, was like a week or two ago, but whatever, that's what I got out of it.
