Sounds like Hydro.eXe but its dont black it looks like a normal wingull. I made it up myself. I wonder if the two would meet. And maybe end up friends.

well for my antagonist, it uses the poster as a portal and makes his victims go through it into his hellish world making them to "join" him

And well, i guess both Skullingham and Hydro.eXe should team up.
