I set multiple alarms on my phone using a waterfall soundfile at volume that go off at different times of the day. It gives me pause, and I do a specific reality check to see if I'm dreaming before shutting off the alarm. Tell coworkers it's time to take my vitamins if necessary. I set another alarm for a couple hours after I go to bed, set to the proper volume - that sweet spot where it's not too quiet to be audible and not so loud it jars me from sleep - but the problem is that once I become aware of the sound, I wake up.
On the plus side, I have been remembering more of my dreams, and dreaming more vividly, which means, while slow, the training is working.
And no, sex isn't the first thing I'm doing.
First, I'm gonna be the go***mn Batman.
Then I'm gonna have sex; a three way with Wonder Woman and Deadpool's severed head.
