Now before comparing how cruel stoning is anyone the comparison isn’t how cruel either practice is being. The comparison is that just because your religion requires a certain practice. The law doesn’t have to allow it saying they’ll break religious freedom if they ban it. Because it banned stoning without it breaking Reilly’s freedom.

The stoning thing I was showing is a reference to the fact the Catholics were stoning their members for cheating before it was banned. And the comparison isn’t how cruel each practice is.
