What is up with this site adding extra punctuation?

The sword of the spirit is rarely called upon. We are to love the broken as we are all broken. The true weapon of Christ is love. Signs that say God hates anything, such as God hates f*gs, go against Christ. To hate and hurt with the
Bible is to repel the broken from Christ.

There are times when truth must be told and even times when the sword must be drawn but the Bible is not that sword except when correcting violent or abusive Christians.
