If I had to ballpark it, I would say that the Trumps are worth between 600 million and something less than 2 billion American. Then you have to decide whether the hidden ruples are welfare or earned income. So you see it is hard to say until Mueller shows us the numbers.

I've seen real-life examples. If someone doesn't mind living with just the basics, they're better off not working.

I'm suggesting that the current welfare systems in the US are designed so that a family can be a life-long dependent on the welfare system. Trump isn't even mentioned in the OP.
