Each person has one pair of sex chromosomes in each cell which determines their gender. Females have two X chromosomes, while males have one X and one Y chromosome. Early in embryonic development in females, one of the two X chromosomes is randomly and permanently inactivated in cells other than egg cells. This phenomenon is called X-inactivation. X-inactivation ensures that females, like males, have one functional copy of the X chromosome in each body cell. Because X-inactivation is random, in females the X chromosome inherited from the mother is active in some cells, and the X chromosome inherited from the father is active in other cells. Please note mother, father. There are two genders and only two male and female, how they choose to live their lives is theirs to decide but no end of any procedures will alter that at a biological level neutral gender doesn’t exist they are either male or female. The big mistake is sexual orientation has nothing to do with gender. I’ve drawn you a picture.

Someone made a post praising how well this was copied from Wikipedia, when I showed it was from a paper some years back on Kelinfelters I worked on they deleted the comment and my reply. As XXY most of the time goes un-noticed and has no gender implications other than it may hinder development in some babies or later on after puberty I felt it would have confused matters more if I included it. Your point is well taken but I'd covered that base. Thank you.
