This meme only really makes sense if you first assume that hell isn't actually real.
But if hell is actually real, the meme doesn't work.
If a blind person is walking toward a cliff and doesn't know it, and someone yells out to warn them before they walk off it, does that person hate the blind person? Or is it a loving act?
In the same way, warning people about hell, with the intention of preventing them from going there, can be a loving act, and isn't inconsistent with a religion of love (ie, it's not about condemning, it's about warning).
Anyway, that's one possible answer.
