All cells die (brain, skin, hair etc) and are re-made. We have to stop the cause to not get the effect (which is often multiple) lack of proper movement and exercise will according to Jack Lalanne (God father of modern fitness) make the body store the food in the wrong places. He says we need more fresh fruits and vegetables, less cakes, butter, junk food, etc. Certain foods just turn to fat in the body. Also improper food combination, too much food, lack of care of other needs of the body (lack of sleep, exercise, fresh air) effect the bodies digestion and what use it makes of the food put in
