Is There A Correct Answer???

If you brush your teeth before breakfast the toothpaste will affect the why the breakfast foods taste which will likely put you off eating and therefore further reducing the risk of cavities. There's more than one way toothpaste protects your teeth.

I eat breakfast at work though so have less choice. Brush my teeth before eating but when i'm at home will eat first then brush after....

why not both?

after
