So one is saying "The price for freedom is not free." The other is saying "The price for freedom is not without cost." Is the "Lest we forget" going to be in the bottom panel?

For the second one, would it be better to say "Freedom is not without cost", since "price" and "cost" are similar? Just throwing it out there, but both are good. I'll decide when you tell me.
