Freedom of speech is a right. Responsibilities are being able to deal with it's repercussions

What if we don't want responsibility, or to think about our actions?

Maybe the government should just make bad ideas illegal and tell us what we can and cannot do. Unless it is getting intoxicated, going under the influence of something, or smoking.
