That's one I caught a couple years ago on the south Tyger river. Got him at 2am and was about to go home after getting nothing for hours. He put up a great fight. I fried and ate the entire fish myself in one meal lmao

Thanks. The rivers and creeks here are littered with bullheads and channel catfish. Mostly catch the small ones like this on worms, but they are better to eat than the big ones anyway, and so fun to catch, mostly at night. Rarely catch a big one on cut bait. I can go to pretty much any spot an haul in 20-40 cats in a couple hours, and throw a lot of tiny ones back too. It's amazing how many there are. Not getting much time to fish though lately. Hoping to go over the weekend if I can get enough chores done
