You never know who is driving

A statistician attempts to board a plane carrying a bomb when he is caught by security. He is taken into a side room and is asked, "Why would you want to kill so many innocent people?" The statistician replies, "I never meant to detonate the bomb. You see, the chances of there being a bomb on any one plane is about 1/1000. Therefore, the chances of there being two is about 1/1000000. Its a lot safer this way..."
