make routines! doesn't matter how small or insignificant they might feel...but make them and stick to them! sounds really simple but it's incredibly effective

i've worked in mental health projects for a few years, it's one piece of advice that people seem to respond to, whatever condition their managing! good luck :)
i know and i understand what you mean. but for me personally there is 100% happiness. that doesnt mean nothing goes wrong ever tho, thats part of life.
