In several states here in America prison inmates make license plates. I'm not sure how the sequence of standard letters and numbers are assigned . But if I were making the plates I would have all kinds of fun. The format in Florida is 3 characters then a - the 3 more. I would do stuff like.... *A1T - WAT* *LUV - D1C* *UCU - NTY* *L1K - VAJ* 🤣🤣🤣🤣
