I was too 'passionate' in my response yesterday; I was at the end of a long day after not enough sleep. But that's just an excuse. I understand your point about the TOS. You gotta have rules out in the open or those who flaunt their stupidity can say 'well there's nothing that says I CAN'T do that'. But basically I'm kind of glad the mods take more of a light-handed approach on here, even if it means the a$$hats have more space for obnoxiousness. I was on a site called Rate Your Music the other day, trying to get a profile I submitted for my noise act up on its page. The moderators on there made little sense beyond being a bit self-absorbed and egotistical. I filled out the info according to how it told me too and then the guy assigned to it would come back asking for changes without really specifying how to do so, and when I pointed out how other band pages had the info the same way I had submitted it I could sense the hair bristling on the back of his neck. I had been a submitter for the site about 10-12 years ago, writing reviews, etc. but got bored and trailed off my content. Now I have no desire to go back other than to look info up. It's turned into Reddit for music geeks. :P
