I can't get the concrete slab week tag to be on any meme not made with the concrete slab week template. Help please?

After generating meme, click go to image, click edit image at the bottom, and you type extra tags. Type a comma to separate tags.

To add onto clinkster's reply, after you type in a tag, hit enter/return (you'll see the tag in the box) then hit the "Update" button.
