they don't worry too much about those not in the top contributor board, but they ride herd on top users. Raydog is always targeted because he's at #1 on the list. While mods can be assholes, they only go after blatant porn. Some users may cry about reposts and meme "Stealing" and the mods will pick up on that. The ones that do the complaining are often the ones that post memes about how the meme they made xxx time ago never got any upvotes,comments, or views, but along comes a poster with a following, posting the same meme, and it shoots to page 1.
