Nobody. You can't be buried inside of a tomb,(I know that sounds stupid, but please hear me out, that was the best wording I could think of.) the proper question would be 'Who is entombed within Grant's Tomb?'
When the tomb was left in a state in which it would eventually be buried, who will be buried at the exact same instant at which the tomb reaches its officially-buried state? This is the real question.
That test is factually inaccurate as well, since Napoleon the first didn't die in battle, he died imprisoned on an English controlled island.
