YES!!!! I pick up on that, too! Prior to becoming more conservative I used to listen to NPR. They are notorious for that during their interviews.

They love driving the listener stark raving mad!

It's a catch22 for me. I can't stand listening to most music they play on the radio anymore. My only other option is talk radio :)

Yeah. I dislike a lot of it too. Though I am fortunate enough that there is a new station in my area that plays nearly everything you can think of from almost any time period. Odds are better than not of something good being on there. And there isn't a lot of foul language as the more popular radio stations. I hate having my kids in the car and they drop some filth which is not appropriate.
