I know I'm going to sound really stupid but does anyone know how to add titles to their memes

If you are referring to how it says "cat burglar vs. dog burglar" above this one, that's just what I called the picture when I uploaded it to imgflip, before adding the text. If there is any other way to add titles and captions, or whatever, I really don't know.

Do you know if you can add titles while on a mobile device

Just tested uploading an image with my phone, and giving a title. It works.

Depends what phone? But yeah super easy! Better on desktop where you can add a meme comment.
