If reposts bother you, maybe you need to go relearn what the definition of a meme is.

I maybe way off here and you can correct me if you think I'm wrong (You will lol) But maybe what they meant by this was people make memes on a meme site and then pass them on to other forums (Like FB and stuff) So create original memes here for people to use on other sites so less of the same old same old. Me, I don't care repost or not, just saying!

It would like being in a comedy club and the comedians are all using the same old jokes everyday and not making up their own. I like old jokes but enjoy hearing new ones :)
