I know the feeling… and the attitude.. and the frequencies that you ride on.

This meme I based on my ex, lol. She would go crazy when we use to pick up Domino's, KFC, or Hungry Jack's which Burger King is called out here in Australia. The most hilarious part was that we use to have to go across railway tracks which would be used for passenger trains and freight trains and when those signals started flashing and the gates would go down, OMG! She would have a major freak out coz the freight trains would take ages to go through. Lol. OMG, she definitely had a big problem with getting the food home before it got cold! It was that bad I think she needed therapy for it?!! And I'm serious! Never seen anything like it ever!!! She scary!!!

I tried clicking on the image you sent but unfortunately it's not coming up for some reason but it sounds like you have much better railway signals where you're from than we do out here? You are definitely lucky! Especially when it comes to things like this. Lol :) Yeah, the train signals start flashing and then the gates come down and you definitely gotta stop and then wait for the train to pass and then wait for the signals to stop flashing and for the gates to come up. And when I use to be sitting in the passenger seat having my ex sitting next to me complaining about the food getting cold, how much longer is the train gonna take, hurry up gates over and over again, it's a wonder I didn't need therapy?? Lol. Man, I use to be happy when we did get home, but then she use to say 'hurry up and eat it before it gets cold!" This would always happen each time. Lol. Thank God we didn't have turbo boost on the car coz she would've been jumping over the train! Yikes!

That was your training and recognition in heavy anxiety, without knowing what it is, you can't help others that suffer from it. Without experiencing it, you can NOT know and understand what it is. Now HEAL OTHERS.

Now I understand :) Thanks :) I used to have a friend who suffered from extremely bad anxiety and I use to help her through it. I used to suffer from anxiety a long time ago and yeah, it's definitely not nice. Just glad I don't have it any more. It use to be terrible.

Ask for water, drink water, and always keep a student spirit.
