I used to drive cab in the area. Notre Dame Students and alumni could always afford to tip the driver, unlike local USC alums. Also, comparing their homes, the cheap ones run about 1/2 million, but one in particular was easily 3 million worth. USC alums? Double wide in a trailer park.
